We are a full service appraisal firm performing quality appraisals for individuals, banks, mortgage companies, attorneys, and others. We appraise single family homes, condos, land, and small income properties up to 7 units.

Our firm covers Monterey, San Benito and Santa Cruz Counties along the Central California Coast. Key cities within these counties are Monterey, Carmel, Pacific Grove, Seaside, Salinas, Watsonville, Capitola, Scotts Valley, Santa Cruz and Hollister.

Aletha Wittmann California State License #AR024384. Member of the National Association of Independent Fee Appraisers. Currently the Secretary/Treasurer elect for the Central California chapter, Candidate member for NAIFA, and FHA Approved.
