Here's a few items of interest since the last update:

This is a stunning 1:3 scale, fully functioning replica of a Ferrari 312FB that has to be seen to be appreciated. This car is complete with a  flat V12, 24 valve engine and gearbox. Overall, it took 15 years to complete.

As seen on TV, the electric hydroplane glides over land, floats on water and flies.

From the History Channel, an Isreali F15 collides with another aircraft and is still able to land with one wing.

Returning to RC, here is a couple of aircrafts (presumably 1/4 scale warbirds) that are involved ina mid-air collision.

In case you want to know what it's like to be in the back seat of a fighter-trainer on approach, here it is.

A great video of some Mirage 2000's doing high speed, low level flight.

Another low level flight, this time a fly-by by a Boeing 757.

One more very low fly-by, this time by a Harrier surprising some guys on the ground.

A very graceful video of an RC Cub with cameras mounted in the plane. Great perspective and background music.

How about riding along with an F18 pilot, from carrier launch to landing.

RC again, this time a 4-engine B-29 with a Bell X1 launch.

Video of a full scale Spitfire on several low passes.

JSF performing a vertical take-off.

Cessna full scale aircraft crashing on take-off from a roadway.

Somebody spent some time building this turbine powered RC Concord.

Video of an in-flight demonstration flown by the Russian SU-30MK fighter aircraft.

Competition between Michael Shumaker in a Ferrari F1 car and a Eurofighter jet.

And last, but certainly not least, this is a video of a skydiver in a special flying suit. Oh, did I mention that he is flying down a mountain?

Reminder: If you come across any interesting stuff (airplane-related or general interest) that you would like to contribute to the web site, please email them to me.

All photographic contributions to the club site are always welcome. If you don't see me at the field, pictures (either hardcopy or cd-rom) can be left in an envelope (or jewel case) in the back of the Membership Form box at the field to my attention (Paul W.). After uploading the pictures, I will either return them to you or leave them in an envelope (jewel case) in the same location.

See you all at the field.
