Since 1986, Gateway Industries has provided employment services to businesses in the Monterey and Santa Cruz counties.

For the developmentally disabled adult who is willing and capable, Gateway Industries provides Supported Employment, a service that helps them locate, obtain and maintain competitive employment in the community. Gateway provides on-the-job training in new tasks and monitors the employees' progress as often and as long as necessary. For many of these individual's, Gateway paves their way to competitive community employment.

Gateway Industries' Supported Employment program offers businesses dedicated, dependable, and well supervised employees on either individual or a group basis. We provide a number of options all of which are flexible enough to meet your employment needs.

Additionally, the Supported Employment team provides businesses ADA compliance assistance by offering advise regarding assistive technologies and accomodation stategies.
