MARTINI MASON
the finest, smoothest, cleanest martini ever and it's low in fat,
too!
- 2 parts chilled gin (never, ever vodka!)
- 1 part chilled dry sake
- a couple of pickled pearl onions
(olives spoil the clean feel of the drink)
- a couple of drops of the onions' pickle juice
Combine liquid ingredients. Tell your annoying bastard friends to shut up; stirring
is just fine. (After all, who wants to be a psychopathic, mysogenistic, licensed,
murderous tool of big government? Shake that around for a moment!) Skewer the onions
and submerge fully in the pungent, bitter nectar.
