Tyrannosaurus is one of the most and probably the most well known of all the known dinosaurs in existence. Tyrannosaurus was a 50 foot theropod of the saurischian order. Tyrannosaurus could run at 30 miles per hour and it had a six foot long head filled with 6 inch long cutting teeth that really bit! The name tyrannosaurus means tyrant lizard but an allosaurus could probably take it down with its ability to jump through the air.
Allosaurus was a 30 foot long jumping terror that might have hunted in packs. Allosaurus was an extremely dangerous carnivore that was just the right size to be deadly. It was agile but big at the same time. It hunted in packs which made it very dangerous. Plus it jumped. It was the terror of its time. Just imagine you're a stegosaurus. All of a sudden you see a huge flying thing coming straight at you. You flash your tail spike at it because its a waste to run! But then you see another one. You can't possibly kill them both. Suddenly, it's all over.
Struthiomimus was an omnivorous dinosaur that was only 13 feet long. The omnivores were a small group of dinosaurs that ate both meat, plants and eggs. Struthiomimus' favorite food was eggs but it also ate small mammals like megazostrodon. [megazostrodon was a mouse-like animal] Struthiomimus was one of the smartest dinosaurs of all and was also one of the fastest running at 40 miles per hour. Many people think of an ostrich when they think of struthiomimus.
