Those gorgeous History Through the Ages figures custom-designed for Sonlight. Their Core 6 uses SOTW-1 & SOTW-2. Their Core 7 uses SOTW-3 & SOTW-4.
This table shows which chapter in CHOW (Child's History of the World by Hillyer) correlates to which chapter in SOTW (Story of the World by Susan Wise Bauer). The first digit in the SOTW chapter represents which book (SOTW-1 or SOTW-2). The number after the hyphen is the chapter number. Be forewarned, this list is an inexact correlation at best. Many times a single chapter in one book correlates to more than one chapter in the other. When the chapters don't match, you decide what you want to use.
The last column matches SOTW chapters with chapters from the Child's Story Bible by Catherine Vos. Thank you, Tina Duke, for compiling the Vos correlation.
I do not expect to add SOTW-3 to this table. The two books no longer correlate very well. CHOW takes only 11 chapters to cover 1600 to 1850, while SOTW devotes 42 chapters to the same period.
