INTRODUCTION
Shanti, my name is Chandra, my friends also lovingly call met "firefingers" as I type as fast as I talk..AND MAN..that is pretty fast!!! I have learned the art of shapeshifting (well at LEAST on the NET!!) from my good friend Lani, who is a shaman.
I am a wonderful chamelion!! so you are also likely to catch me on the run...as Firefly when I am being very social and lighthearted...and also sundancer, when we need to do some rituals!! (don't worry no voodoo here...just some nice healing rituals..and meditations!! i promise I won't turn you into a toad or anything..well at least not for long!!)
I reside in a town in Indiana which has 2 pharmacies, one grocery store, and two..count them TWO nudist colonies!! In my younger days..I worked in Hollywood, California, in the rock music industry...recording studios..reheasal halls..concerts....it was a TIME I remember with great joy!! I have lived in Arizona, Scotsdale, Mesa, Tempe and my favorite place.. Kachina Village which is 8 miles south of Flagstaff. I love the southwest..the west....west!! GO west young lady GO WEST!! haha.... I am currently on a quest to find a new home. I am going to look in Colorado...wish me luck!
I was born July 23...which brings me to my next favorite topic..Astrology. I have worked for a great astrologer named Goswami Kriyananda, who wrote the book called, the Wisdom and Way of Astrology. I have some wonderful teachers one of which is Mary Whitney, another is Judy Weinstein. I do astrological natal charts, and compatibility readings. I love to talk about astrology, and keep learning more and more. Hipprocates once said..a doctor without knowing astrology, is like a surgeon without his knife..one day we may catch up to his insight!!
I have 5 wonderful children, each with their own talents and challenges. My oldest is Chris 27, (Aquarius)(crispy critter) who is a musician, drummer, and helps me with my recording efforts, as I love to sing. My oldest daughter is Megan, 24..(Libra).. She is the one who got me on the NET, I call her Grasshopper, as we teach each other many spiritual things, she is as energetic as I am, and is one of the few who can keep up the pace I move at! She is a chip off the ole firefly!! Next is my daughter Jen (Leo) (Juniper) 20, who is a great girl! She looks most like me but definitely got the beauty from someone else! hahah. She dances, loves music, and wants to learn astrology..she loves the internet! Then there is my daughter Amanda 13 Aquarius, (panda bear), and she is a great basketball player isn't tall but man can that girl MOVE!!! She is bright and when I try spirtual things to her..she looks at me as though..HEY mom I already KNOW that which is a inherent in the Aquarian personality..but you know She really DOES! Last child incarnating through me was my son Terry, (Cancer) (Terriyaki..Territory), he loves baseball and I often lose my voice yelling at the REF..aw COME ON...HE WAS SAFE you need my glasses?!!! He is specific about everything...except when I wish him to do chores..WHAT MOM? I don't understand what you are saying!
I hang out at a place in the NET irc.superlink.net. called the BRIDGE. There are some wonderful people there and we are like a cyber family. My friend Tx and I also have our own space at #cosmic_visions. Come by some time and join us.
My ultimate dream would be to live in a place where I could see the mountains live in a wonderful cabin...teach hatha yoga..and have a place where all my very talented Net family and Temple of Kriya Yoga Family could come and share their wisdom with those who would like to learn.
I would also like to have that place filled with all my friends, and a special mate who would help me with my ignorance of computers....and technical things. One who would let me be free like the firefly..and hold me close when I get overwhelmed! I think a relationship like that is out there for me, I know I will find it. Love is important to me, laughter, joy, sharing, and all my wonderful friends. Hope to see you soon!

Not good at initiating things, but great follow through. Can avoid answering questions at times. Very illusive, especially when the firefly personality comes in. Firefly says Chandra can be a bit too serious at times. :) HA, I am A lover of LOVE, and LIFE...I love people and serving them. I do not like to sleep, love to dream..but not to sleep as my friends on bridge will tell you, they have to KICK me out sometimes so I can grab at least 5 hours worth!!
