Why am I doing this?

I desire to earn my living in a manner that fully employs my talents and abilities, pays me in accordance with the true value of my services, and enables me to more actively serve SPIRIT and help others do the same.

To start with, I am Wayne, an individual unlike any you are ever bound to meet.

I work faster, smarter, and in a more focussed way than nearly everyone. I can do things in days that take others weeks, and in a week that take others a month if not longer. I can do this because I am a master of information rather than a slave. This comes from using the right tools in ways that empower people to access, assess, create, and share information.

For example, if you work in an information intensive environment and the only use you make of a web browser is to access information on the WWW, then you are working far less effectively then you could be. If your normal way of sharing information in your organization is via e-mail and associated attachments, even worse ... you are operating in the dark ages in an information age.

I am a freethinker and innovator. I work in a process-centered way. I work in ways consistent with the latest and best business thinking in our times: re-engineering, co-opetition, and mystics in the workplace. To work effectively and succeed in providing top quality services in the information age ... you either work in this manner (or employ key people who do) or you risk obsolescence and loosing your business to others who freely choose to work in better ways. The world is moving far to fast to maintain the status quo unless you invest in the right skills to survive, compete, and cooperate effectively. The bottom line is that it is your processes which have the most value in the business world today. Unless these allow you to create more valuable products and services faster than others, you simply will not succeed in the coming years. However, your processes are only as good as the key people who own and work these processes. People are your most expensive and most important assets. Creating a working environment that maximizes their effectiveness is the only way to WIN. This is equally applicable if it is only needed to enhance your personal effectiveness.

The key to my effectiveness is my awareness that has come from my study and practice of metaphysics. I have spent several tens of thousands of hours on knowing myself and the nature of reality and reality creation. Putting this understanding into my day to day work in practical ways makes all the difference. It provides me with a means to be far more response-able than others to the variety of conditions present in today's complex information-intensive systems and working environments.

The above should be sufficient to give you motivation to employ my talents and services. To start the process, drop me an e-mail that identifies what you might need and provides information needed to contact you. We can follow that up with discussions and an on-site interview, if needed, to get started.

My preference is to start with a bid for what I can do for you in 100 hours of effort over a scheduled time period based on our discussions. The focus of this proposed 100 hour effort will be an assessment of your needs and specific examples of process changes and information infrastructure improvements that help to meet your needs.

My bid for services will cost you $1080. (approx 8-12 hours of my time). However, you will only have to pay this if you choose to accept the bid and employ my services.

If you choose to employ me for the assessment related services in the bid, the cost will be $10,800 ($108 per hour for 100 hours of my time), plus any travel costs required to perform the work as specified in the bid. I'll expect half of this to be paid up front, and the rest upon completion of work as bid. If you are not 100% satisfied with the services provided, you are free to prorate the final payment based on your assessment of the quality of the services. My personal goal is to always deliver far more than you can reasonably expect at an "A+" quality level. To help ensure this, I expect you to provide feedback as the work is performed, grade the quality of services, and compensate accordingly. If for any reason, you feel the work is less than "A" quality, you are free to reduce the final payment by whatever you deem an appropriate penalty.

Note: I consider 100 hours the minimal reasonable time needed to truly get involved in what you do, understand your processes and working environment, assess what you might need, and take actions that demonstrate what services I can provide to meet your specific needs.
I am a "do whatever it takes" kind of guy. That should be obvious to you by now. My web site should make the question of my integrity crystal clear. If you have any doubt regarding my word, or my ability to deliver what I say that I will deliver, then I do not want your business, period.
After you see the results of this first effort, we can discuss what additional or continued services make sense based on my demonstrated performance, your specific needs, and my availability.
