Guidance for Week 9

This weeks reading assignment is the first fifteen pages of Notes from May 94 and Assorted Readings from the Nature of Personal Reality.

QUESTIONS FOR YOU

Notes from May 94 [1st fifteen pages]

1. Write a paragraph describing what I learned from my experiences in early May 94.

2. Write a paragraph about how what I learned/experienced applies to your life.

The Nature of Personal Reality by Seth

1. Chapter 22 [yes, the final chapter!]

Write a paragraph about what this is telling YOU.

2. Session 647: Write a paragraph on what is important here.

3. Chapter 11: Write a long paragraph on what this means to you.

4. Five Random Sessions: Just open the book to any page and read the Session that includes that page. Then write a few sentences on what that session meant to you. [do this five times] Remember, spirit is driving these random selections and is pointing you to particular passages because they carry an important message or realization for you.

As you are reading the chapter and observing your thoughts during the week, start making a list of any beliefs [they may show up as truths] about yourself and how the world functions. Don't do anything with them. Just notice them and write them down. Follow Seth's guidance and realize that all of the beliefs that matter to creating your reality are CONSCIOUS and are accessible. KNOW that these beliefs even CORE beliefs will naturally show up in your train of thought. All you have to do is be open and ready to see them.

In the next few weeks, we'll start working with the beliefs to remove those that are sabotaging you and replace them with more empowering beliefs. However, for now ... just focus on identifying what they are. Don't do it all at one sitting. Allow your mind to reveal them to you natural. Just approach it with a lot of curiosity.

QUESTIONS FOR ME

As you read, keep a list of any questions. Initially, try to e-mail any questions to me by Friday evening. Please confine questions to one e-mail to make it easier for me to deal with.
