Notes from July 94
Note that the rapid pace has continued, between 4 and 5 pages per day. I was literally writing for 5-6 hours per day at that time. I still remember being blown away by how much material was coming through.

The comment on weight is interesting. I started around 212. As of about eight weeks ago I was actually 232. With the daily use of a Nordic Track and slight alteration of my food consumption I'm now at 206 and falling. This time NO PILLS ... a much more sane way to lose weight ... and no accompanying mania.
How much of a role is ego playing in how I see myself? Justify your answer with specifics where you can.
What do you make of the Vision of community expressed?
How do you feel about what is expressed in the final 11 paragraphs? ... especially with the "grandiosity" displayed? Have you had thoughts along these lines? What has you life set YOU up to do?
