Namaste Wayne: I have already given thanks for the 1.7 million that I have put out as the initial requirement for the Inn. We should all give thanks for the abundance that we ALL have. I welcome and give my permission for you to post in your web page as the word gets out.... the energy flows in.

Namaste Sage!
I don't have any money ... right now, I have $12 to get by on through Fri. However, I am moved by your intent and plans. I'd like to turn the below into a web page and refer to it from the Building the Foundations section in next months Search for Center newsletter. Perhaps that will attract others that are meant to participate in this endeavor.
Wherever I can, I support people that are DOING things to make a difference in the world. This is in line with my vision of the kinds of things that need to be done.
In Peace, Love and Light, Wayne

Greetings to All:
Intent....a powerful word. We have intent about creating a retreat that will be a gathering place for all to come to renew, learn, remember, relax, heal, play, share and work.
Since the Gathering in August at Bridesgate, I have felt directed to go out and create an Inn/Retreat for the purpose of opening a window to the world of Spirit, a place of calm, integrity, natural power, a place of renewal and rememberance.
Since last August I have been traveling to many places to find such a property, I was first led to California, to the Yosemite area, a very powerful place in the mountains, but as time led on the doors seemed to close on that area. In November, I was asked to go visit Santa Fe, New Mexico. Wow what a powerful place I found this to be. There is much activity in this spiritual area of the U.S. There are already strong influences of nature and Spirit there already. Creativity, art, music, nature abounds here and the people that have moved into this area have a special feel for this area and support it.
On my second trip to Santa Fe, just a week ago, I spent four days looking at properties and a very unique property has appeared. Since my return to Phoenix, this property has appeared in many of my dreams, my meditation seems to focus on this property, and a development course of action has begun to formulate into a plan.
THE PROPERTY:
About forty minutes East of Santa Fe, there is an old Spanish Land Grant ranch, the original ranch was about 19,000 acres, subsequently over a couple of hundred years this ranch has been split up. One of the ranches has been subdivided into smaller ranches from about 200 acres up to about 600 acres. Adjacent to this subdivided ranch is the remainder of the original ranch. This ranch will only divided into very large parcels ie. 1000 acres or more. It is in this second ranch that I have been led to. The parcel that we are focusing on is 1000 acres of virtually unimproved land, VERY natural, elevation is about 7000 ft. a large year around creek flows through the middle of it, This stream, I am told, is one of the best trout streams in Northern New Mexico, the topography is varied with high desert and mountains, the property is covered with Pinion trees, ponderosa pine etc. There are several old ruins, cabins that were built 150 years ago or more. There is evidence of part of an old fruit orchard. The land gives the feeling of a very remote nature, yet is only 40 minutes to Santa Fe.
THE DEVELOPMENT PLAN:
Since the property is unimproved, with a simple ranch road leading into it, I do not plan to bring power lines into the property, but plan to develop the property utilizing Solar energy for the electrical needs. Solar power is a technology that is used and developed in New Mexico with amazing results.
The plan will be to build the structures needed, out of adobe, rammed earth and straw bale technology. This technology has been utilized in this area for years, it is esthetically pleasing and utilizes materials from the earth and the site. This technology frees the project from the reliance on the outside world, The utilties are virtually free.
The technology that we will employ is one that is of interest to many people from around the world and since we are starting from a pure environment, the land, we can plan and built according to what fits best on the land and choose the proper locations for each building site. We plan to open up the construction phase utilizing much of the labor from people around the world that are interested in learning how to build with this technology, therefore we will charge a tuition for people to come and work on this project from the ground up. Of course we will also utilize the local talent and crafts people that have special needed trades and experiences in these areas.
The building will initially consist of a main lodge with a commercial kitchen setup so that the public and visitors can experience the fine dining that will be served here. We will need a large barn for equipment, machine and carpentery shops. Initially I plan to build approximately 16 casitas (cabins) that will sleep up to four people, (The cabins will be top quality but no phones or television), along with the structures there will be on going development of gardens and orchards, as well as special meditative gardens throughout the ranch.
INTENT
The intent for this undertaking is to provide a place that all people can come for the benefits that this facility will provide. It is a commercial venture and will be run so as to provide a return on investment for those that choose to become investors in this project. The initial cost of this project will be in the 1.7 to 2 million dollar range. The land will cost between $850,000 to $1,000,000. The initial improvements around 7 to 8 hundred thousand dollars.
We also plan to create a non-profit corporation, this part of the plan is to utilize the tax structure of non-profit companys to promote the various seminars, schools, creative programs and activities around Spiritual aspects. We will need a dedicated Board of Directors for this non-profit entity. We also need investors for the Inn/Retreat. If you feel led to participate in any of the above, please contact me at: sage1@goodnet.com or Basil at: basil2@pop.erols.com
We are opening in faith, a trust account for the raising of funds for this venture of Spirit. If you have questions, about employment, investment or involvement please contact me at your convenience.
Peace, Love and Light
