By the power of this, the perfect economic system will be created. This system functions so that all persons have to give the amount of working hours which are needed so that matter can be transformed in to the goods which the said person needs for his living; be it food, shelter, education, up-bringing, transport, travels, health care and care-taking during childhood and old age. How can such a situation be created in which the being itself yields the amount of working hours which is the price of its own life from birth to death? Here we must understand, that first the world state must be established. This world state, which consist of all the states of the Earth has the responsibility for the whole of the population of the Earth.

The world government will know how many people live at a given time, and therefore is able to calculate how many working hours are necessary in order to be able to give humanity the mentioned perfect standard of living, and then distribute these working hours on all normal healthy people who are able to work. With this enormous rationalization of all work or creation in the world, there will only be a very small amout of working hours for each person, perhaps two hours a day or one day a week. This will be the reality so much more because of the great amount of machines which will exist at that time. There will even be machines which can make machines. At that time there will be no more hard manual labour. People will have machines to do it.

When a person has given his lawful two hours or whatever number will be valied, this is noted on a card. This card (the work credit card) then is a receipt for its work. With this receipt, he/she has access to all the goods of the world state within the limited standard of living which the amount of working hours is adapted to. If any person wants more goods than the calculated standard of living, this will also be possible, but then the extra amount of working hours which it will cost to produce the desired goods will be credited the person's working hours. This, the work credit card of the beings gives them access to the goods of life.

In the world state, there are no political fights, since the world politics is a culmination of the highest perfection or love. It is governed by cosmic conscious beings. These are moral geniuses (Martinus uses this term for a person who has developed his moral understanding and skills to perfection, a person like Jesus or Buddha) and would never allow anything else than that all persons should absolutely have the same access to the living standard of the world state, which again is held at the highest level possible.

Here, there are no super powers who uses pressure and suppression. Neither majority nor voting is needed, since the form of government of the world state is culminating love in harmony with the basic note of the universe and therefore the fulfilment of God's will.

All people work with their hobbies. They can do what they want to apart from the lawful working hours which is the price of their life. THe material for the creation of any given thing is free. Here, all people prefer giving from taking. There are nobody who can buy or sell, for the principle of commerce or business has ceased to exist long ago (the principle which says people want "more" for "less"). All people are more or less developed as artistss, scientists, writers or poets....

Here, no persons are so little evolved that they may agitate for war and unrest. Therefore, there is no need for nerve clinics and mental insitutions, just as the other hospitals and clinics are about to disappear if they haven't disappeared totally already - not only because of the happy physical environment in which people live, but also to a high degree because of the permanent love and sympathy which all people radiate to everyone. Of course there is no such things as capital punishment in this perfected human kingdom or any kind of punishment whatsoever, since there are no crimes. And the love for the animals which has caused people in the world state to abolism meat eating and view it the same way that cannibalism is viewed today, and to stop using animal fur and skin for clothing has freed humankind from a vast ocean of karma.

Think what a divine life to live. If is no wonder that you need to be perfected as a human being to live in such a kingdom, which is in reality the true Kingdom of God on the Earth. Verily, the Holy Spirit has been spread everywhere on the Earth (Martinus says the Holy Spirit is the higher, loving intelligence of God). The Earth has become the human kingdom in the picture of God and in his likeness. God's love shines and warms from all eyes, from all minds, from all hearts. Life has become a world of caresses. Here, we are in the Kingdom of Heaven. And this is the future gift of God to humanity.

THE NEW IDEALS

As the inner silence manifest within the part of humanity which is left, the painful reactions to the waves of suffering is transformed into humility and an inner listening to God. We see then how decades of upheavals have created a new sense for the values of life within the part of humanity which has remained on the Earth. The most important new value becomes to find the secrets of how the inner life, the inner peace and the inner fullness can become a permanent conditions of consciousness. Another new value becomes to engage in the well of the whole in stead of in the fulfilment of one's own wishes. From the heart a wish of fellowship, of brother-sisterhood and of caring for all emerge, because the collective crises have given a new feeling of solidarity and responsibility.

Through the sufferings a firm decision never again to forget the deeper values of life, never again to create enemies and never again to divine oneself from nature is made.

We see how this large part of humanity seeks towards the light, peace and love of the inner worlds, as they listen to the voice of the heart and to the people whose hearts have already found the secret of experiencing the peace from the Heart of the Universe. They begin inquiring into the vibrations of the inner life, because they realize that they were led astray earlier by listening to leaders, ideologies and philosophies which had no understanding of the inner life which leads to peace, joy and sunshine from within.

Carefully they move forwards in life with a constant sensitivity to the voice of the heart. In this way they seek to preserve the newly discovered inner peace and the beginning feeling of joy and solidarity. They are aware that they must start anew, and that they must learn life to know in a new way. They have a strong wish of discovering the possibilities which exist in the new form of life, because they have realized that the new form of life gives the joy in the inner which earlier they had sought in the outer. Through centuries of war, suppression, famine, diseases and natural disasters they have realized that only through harmony and alignment with nature, with the whole of humanity and with God humanity can survive on the Earth.

A HUNDRED YEARS OF CHANGE WITHIN HUMANITY.

During a century of dramatic changes on the outer and the inner levels we see a humanity which is totally changed. The major part of humanity from the 20th century has disappeared from the Earth and has been transferred to other planets. The protective universes of the astral worlds have been purified and permeated by a higher light. Many of the star people who have visited the planets for thousands of years have disappeared from the outer level and live with their space brothers and sisters in the star cities or have returned to their home planets. Those who have been trained throughout many incarnations to let their hearts become connected to the bleeding heart of the Deity have released the many cravings of the outer existence and let themselves connect to the network which is connected to the solar impulse. The large group of humanity which has remained on the Earth, but which hasn't got an open connection to the higher worlds yet have started gradually to open their hearts to the vibration of the worlds of light. new star people make themselves heard within many areas of the Earth's civilization.

The space people from the star cities have begun to move freely amongst humanity as representatives of the ideals which humanity is now wishing to have built into the civilisation. The understanding of the angels and their job on the Earth is spread to everyone. And the ashrams of the Great White Brotherhood begin to manifest on the outer plane, so that the initiates which are connected to the Inner Government of the Earth are now acknowledged as inspirators and leaders in the world of humanity.{1}

We are now in the 22nd century where we see the beginning of an agreement and joint effort in creating a civilization of light. Even if there are still groups of people who have not opened up to the new things, these groups have no dominant influence because they are isolated and because their goals an ideas do not appeal to the people who have gone through the maturing process of the 21st century. As a group we now see humanity enter the process of sanctification.

THE BEGINNING OF A NEW CIVILIZATION.

During the 21st century we see a deep inner restructuring of humanity's consciousness and orientation. Humanity acknowledge that the former technically focussed period was a nightmare in terms of consciousness, full of inner and outer noise which made it difficult to connect to the inner reality of life. Therefore the work of rebuilding on Earth has connectedness with all life as its basic note. Humanity begins its new life in smaller groups, and gradually within a global fellowship. The lines of communication to the devic/angelic kingdom, to the star cities and to the Inner Government of the Earth grow more and more active and vital. An important goal for the humanity of the 22nd century becomes the creation of peace and gentleness as the basic qualities in humanity and between humanity and the kingdoms of nature which were exploited earlier.

Within all of the seven rays representatives of humanity now seek to built a bridge between the inner and the outer and to become inspirators and pioneers in the creation of a civilisation of light. Through the cooperation with the star cities, the deva/angel kingdom and the Inner Government of the Earth there is a strong stimulation of the ideas and ideals of the civilisation of light. Thought forms of light and powers of renewal enter the collective consciousness of humanity and create a fellowship around manifesting the golden civilization as the Kingdom of God at the physical level.

The many avatars who come into incarnation on the Earth can be called the group avatar. They represent all areas of the vision for the civilization of light. Most of them incarnate within the area of politics of religion. Through this group of avatars, East and West, religion and politics and humanity and the other kingdoms of the Earth are united - all of it as an expression of the One Life. Through the group of avatars God reveals more and more of His being so that the riddles of life are revealed to humanity and so that humanity begin to understand God both as light, as love and as exalted will.

A new world religion is born. This is deeply in harmony with the universal Church at the buddhic level, since it has no dogmas or separatism. The new world religion contains life's own wisdom and understanding of how the human hearts and the Universal Heart can align better with each other. The universal Church contains the inner understanding of the laws of life and of the divine principle according to which humanity must learn to live, so that the love of God can manifest on the Earth. The new world religion sees it as its most important task to be the transmitter of the Waters of Life.{2}

STAGES OF THE CIVILIZATION.

The present capitalistic society will not be directly replaced by that level of enlightened society which is found at higher developed planets. Necessarily there will have to be some middle stages where a higher moral and environmental consciousness will become a characteristic value.

Yet the goal of development is an even higher stage, where the brother-sisterhood between all people and groups and with the other kingdoms of the Earth becomes so much established that humanity finds its task as a bringer of light on the Earth.{3}

This goal is reached as gradually the distorted energies on the Earth disappear through an open cooperation with the angelic kingdom, the Great White Brotherhood and the star people. The higher stages are reached through a stage where an all-penetrating light is consciously brought into all the organs, jobs and thinking of society under all the seven rays.

This step is taken especially from the 22nd century. After the great inflow of the love of Maitreya-Buddha the civilization is lifted closer into the golden light and thereby wins a deeper warmth and a stronger experience of the unity of love. This vibration helps to open the civilization even more towards the level it must reach when the planet becomes a holy planet.

In contrast to the present Western dominant system of production and distribution, which is both very arbitrary in its organization, and also mainly dominated by profit interests, the coming homocratic production and distribution system will be globally coordinated, and it will fundamentally be motivated for taking care of society on the basis of cosmic understanding. On one hand this means that it will serve the whole of the organism of society in a rational way, and on the other hand that the economic system is governed by the same laws and intentions which govern the flow of matter and energy in a hundred perfect healthy biological organism. And it is no coincedence that this criterium is chosen. On the contrary; it is on the basis of the realization that the activity of the whole of the human kingdom combined with the activities in the plant- and animal kingdom (corresponding to the newest realizations within ecological science) actually does represent a process of assimilation and digestion of food

(well, there's an accurate scientific word for this which is used in the Danish text, the biological word which is used for taking in food and energy, breaking it down, distributing it and getting rid of waste material, literally "matter exchange" in Danish, but my dictionary is not here - please replace if you know the word - translator's comments),

namely that of the planetary organism. This has always been the case, but while before the Earth began the initiation process of the great birth (to cosmic consciousness), the "matter exchange" was mainly dominated by the "principle of killing" and the use of power which follows it, after "Doomsday" (an escalating conflict between powers of light and darkness in the planetary consciousness, going off for the moment) it will be more and more influenced by the principles of the world moral of light, starting within the sector we could call the collective sphere of activity and responsibility of humanity.. And the basis of this new system of "matter exchange" is precisely the homocratic system of production and distribution. This system, which reflects the last remnants of the planetary being's expression of the term "egoism", will in its perfected homocratic form not only be an effect of humanity's collectively gathered experience, but also a relection of the new cosmic thought climates in the consciousness of the planetary being. And this last fact alone is a sufficient guarantee to ensure its future and thus its survival in the first difficult period of implementation.

Contrary to the present, profit motivated production- and distribution system, the central regulating mechanism of which is the law of demand and supply, the homocratic system in the whole of its structure will be marked by the following conclusions:

a) All living beings in the physical world are born with certain nature-given needs, which must be met.

b) In the case of plants and animals, these needs only pertain to the physical organism, but for man, it also relates to spiritual or mental areas which can be expressed under the term: "the experience of life and its renewal"

c) The fulfilment of the needs takes place in daily life as consumption. Partly consumption of physical "items" and parly as consumption of mental categories.

d) The connection between need and consumption results in the phenomenon of "demand", namely the demand for the things which will fulfil the existent needs.

e) Practically, the demand is met through production (both by nature and by man) and partly through distribution of the products.

Practically, this happens through the planning of a global production system on the basis of the right of society to own the riches of nature, combined with a global system of distribution which functions in the following way:

1) That each individual in accordance with his geographical placement with the resulting nature-given conditions, ressources etc. and as far as possible in harmony with his/her interests

2) is given the possibility of contributing with a personal contribution to the consumption of the world, but of a quantity which accurate corresponds to his own consumption - the needed quantity being based on objective calculations, based on certain well-defined criteria.

3) The produced goods are distributed as rationally as possible in the world society and is thus lead along the shortest possible route to the geographical areas where the demand for the said products is present.

But since normally a person consumed a great number of different products, which cannot be produced by himself in practice, it is a good idea to establish a world-wide production system which covers the consumption in the world as rationally as possible on the basis of precise calculations. This means among other things that locally, the things are produced which are most purposeful under the given conditions (natural resources etc). But this arrangement creates a certain imbalance between production and local consumption which must be compensated through a well-organized system of distribution.
