T H E ... S E A R C H ... F O R ... C E N T E R

She was my sister-in-law. She passed away from brain cancer on Memorial Day after a five month battle. While she was not into "metaphysics" in the manner expressed here nor into conventional religion, she lived her life in an exemplary manner that deserves to be remembered. She demonstrated in her actions how spirit can be expressed in ordinary life. I never knew her to judge another in any manner. She was always helpful and kind to everyone. As a result, she had more friends, and truly touched more people's lives than any person that I personally know. She loved people. Even more than that, she LOVED being of SERVICE to people ... perhaps to an extreme. However, if one is to err to an extreme, one could do far worse than to err on the side of service to others.

I don't know why her time was up. I don't know what caused the brain cancer, or what allowed it to grow to the point of consuming the life from her body. However, I do know that she was deeply touched by the wonderful support of her family this year. They demonstrated firsthand what Love and sacrifice are all about. Further, I can't imagine a person more deserving of realizing how deeply she was loved.

It seems ironic, but as little as five months ago ... I don't believe Poodie had ever allowed others to really help her. She was always too busy helping others. It was as if the scales were out of balance, and she needed to experience receiving for awhile.

My resolve is as strong as ever ... at some level, we choose and create the reality that we experience. Nothing about what I've witnessed in the past 5 months changes that belief at all. My sense is that Poodie's spirit knew exactly what she needed to experience and went to great pains to create the appropriate circumstances ... even to the point of finding an alternative therapy that very likely extended her life by several months by slowing the growth of the cancer.

Dear Poodie, you will be sorely missed by many whose lives you touched so positively. My sense is that you are witnessing this now from a vantage point that allows you to truly understanding the difference YOU personally made and that you now see how much better the world is that you have graced it with your special expression of spirit. You truly allowed your HEART to be expressed in the love you so freely gave to so many.

THANK YOU for gracing my life and providing such a wonderful example of how spirit can be expressed HERE and NOW in the very world we live in.

You cannot predict the future because you are creating your own reality as you go along in life. You are choosing in each second you live, which way you are going to go or which path you will take in the next step you make. I just found out about it and I am amazed at what is happening to the people and the land. I want to help stop it and one way is to get people to see what is going on in Yamdena's Forest. The more people who know and act to help, the better chance we will have at stoping the destruction of beautiful people and beautiful Land. I do not understand why it is so hard for people to respect this earth??? especially Government people??? Please take the time to find out what you can do to help. The people and the Forests need all the help they can get!!!
