The following is the seed for a new activity that we call Building the Foundations. The intent here is to get some common understanding of what is needed for the foundations of a new society or community, then to start making commitments to take action to make it so. Our hope is that by planting the seed NOW, it will have time to grow into a tree and bear fruit by the time harvest comes in the Fall. Yes, our time horizon is that close. We choose to make 1997 a Year of Manifestation. Please join with us in this bold new adventure.

LOSING SELF: DOING THINGS FOR OTHERS
Yet another month without any feedback. So, all that I can do is continue following Bucky's advice and DO the things that I SEE need to be done, especially since they are things "no one else seems to see need to be done." Interesting.
Anyway, this month I was moved to provide feedback to others and to DO THINGS to help their works to reach a greater audience. This is what COOPERATION is all about. We can collectively do far more in a far better way when we JOIN TOGETHER to make things so in this world. Further, in doing this, we learn lessons that are extremely important in creating solid foundations for the World that we CHOOSE to manifest.
First, there is The Earth Proclaimation from Jean Hudon that I offer for your consideration. I took the liberty to change "want" to "choose" though I have not officially received feedback that confirms agreement on this recommendation.
Second, there are some excerpts I received by Martinus (translated to English) that I received from a friend with whom I have only conversed with via e-mail. I found them fascinating. They deal with one of my favorite topics, building a better world.
Third, there is a spiritual center that Sage and Basil are manifesting in New Mexico. Please check out what they are planning and doing and offer whatever support you can if spirit so moves you.
Fourth, there is extensive detailed feedback I provided to Ed Kunin on a chapter of a book that he had made available at his Utopia site. I offer it as an example of the kinds of exchange and interaction that I personally would like to see fostered and encouraged not only within our community but in our interactions with others as well.
