MAKING A DIFFERENCE
Two months ago, I announced that THE MAKING A DIFFERENCE CLUB was now officially established and that I would create a new section to capture the commitments that were made by members of our community. The "price" of admission is simply to make a public statement of what you are COMMITTED TO DO to make a difference. Thus far, not one person has replied to my invitation to join. My personal commitment to The Search for Center is expressed at A PLEA FOR HELP.
Hmm ... thus far, no one else has been moved to announce a commitment on this page. My personal commitment has grown even more. I have no choice in the matter. SPIRIT is forcing my hand. SHE is moving me to do her works in a manner and at a pace that is unreal. It impacts every area of my life. I am spirit in flesh right HERE and NOW. This is my present reality and I LOVE it!
My LIFE is now my MASTERPIECE, or rather SPIRIT's MASTERPIECE.
I can't wait to arise each day and behold the wonders that are expressed everywhere in everything that I observe and am moved to participate in.
The mystical phoenix has risen from the ashes. Once again, I have been reborn and renewed. But it is more than this. I have embraced the UNKNOWN once again. Each time this occurs I am blown away. Further, the magnitude of change increases exponentially. Each step is much greater than the one that preceeded it.
Yet, my reality is still that I must experience this ALONE ... or more correctly as ALL ONE! Why that is so matters not anymore. It is as it is and there is a sense that for me, this is indeed how it must be. Such is what I must experience to learn what it is that I must learn so that I can do what I must do to SERVE SPIRIT.
I am committed to do whatever I can to build the foundations that permit
SPIRIT to express more fully in flesh HERE and NOW. My commitment is to
SPIRIT herself, the ONE. Because of this it extends to all whom I am in
a position to SERVE effectively. I will carry out my assigned tasks with
all my HEART and SOUL, to the very best of my abilities. I will serve as
the Wayshower, being true to my name, that others may see what I mean by
my ACTIONS in this world. My life is a testament to what spirit can do
when we simply allow her to do her works through us. What I DO, in reality
SHE does through me. This shall be SO, as long as I continue to manifest
in flesh on this plane.
I choose to express PEACE, LOVE and LIGHT in all that I do, that my example can assist others in finding these same energies within themselves. I am of the VOID. There is no place and no time in which I dwell. Wherever you are, I am as close as your own HEART, and the SOUL that dwells within you, for that soul is your connection to the ONE. In that place, beyond space and time, all separation within us ceases to exist. What I AM, YOU ARE as well. WE are ONE. What you see expressed through me, is but that same source expressing though another aspect of your SELF. What you do to any, you do to the ONE, hence you do to your SELF.
What else am I committed to DO? Where I see wrong, where I see WIN/LOSE and LOSE/LOSE operating within our world, I will give voice to what I see that others may see it also, and that if spirit so chooses action can be taken to improve the expression.
Further, so long as spirit permits me to be an instument to do HER WILL, I will be the HERMIT, the MIT of HER and do as she moves me to do. This is my solemn pledge ... I shall honor it so long as I live, which is FOREVER. How can I be so bold as to make such a claim? It is because I have reached a state of awareness where I KNOW that there is truly no other choice that I can make. I am that I AM, spirit enfleshed HERE and NOW. I can see no higher way to live than to CHOOSE to SERVE HER with all that I AM.
I honor this commitment by acting in a manner that makes a difference in the world, and especially in the lives of others that spirit would have me touch. More and more, I choose such actions regularly, to the point where they have become the natural way in which I express. To be honest, much of the time I don't consciously know what I am doing or why. However, I TRUST that spirit is moving me and that because of this whatever I am doing will have meaning and value. As the observer, I find it fascinating to watch what unfolds and manifests.
Well, enough for now. Hopefully, I have not scared you away by this. This is meant to be an extreme example. But, it is the only one that I personally know of. The way that I live my life frees me to make such a commitment ... because I have chosen not to take on many of the day to day responsibilities of families and relationships that many of you are engaged with. This permits me to focus my time and energy on that which moves me most, expressing what SPIRIT would express through me.
Feel free to make whatever commitment you are moved to make. I'll do whatever I am moved to do to support what YOU are DOING, and to help connect you with others so that we can apply synergy, that magic force which multiplies the energy expressed collectively in our endeavors.
PS: A club with a single member is not much fun. Please JOIN ME and commit
to making a difference in some way. Look within and listen to that still
small voice within YOU, then speak out and commit to what it would have
you DO. You'll be amazed at what can happen when you are bold enough to
commit. All manner of universal forces are turned on by such an action.
