Once again I am moved to speak through this medium. The blank page calls to be filled as consciousness would fill it at this time. I truly have no sense of what is to come forth ... but I trust that it will be exactly what needs to be expressed at this time. Always when in this state there is a sense of anticipation and sometimes some anguish over what is to come forth. But this is only a small impediment to overcome most of the time. It is spirit not me that expresses here. It is her that chooses what will be expressed in what manner. I am but the vessel through which this expression occurs. Though, I am a UNIQUE vessel, as we all are ... so the expression is unique as well.

Now, what does it take to reach the realization that I AM the spirit that expresses through this vessel as well? What does it take to know oneself as the creator self? Interesting questions. I don't know that I have asked these questions in this manner before. However, there is a sense that I am indeed ready to ask them now and hence to know the answers to them. Curious that such would happen right now. 1/19/1999 = 1911-1999, span of 88, centered at 1955 = SEE. Now isn't that interesting! Hmm ...

Last week Friday I saw a license plate 2 WEH 599. The car was parked in back at Del Taco in a position such that it was right in plain view when I turned my head to open the door. I don't believe I've ever seen one before with my initials as its letters. My sense was that this is my present state of awareness. I've been working with 888 being a major completion point. Here we have 0101 | 1001 | 1001. To reach 999, we only need add 400 = 0100 | 0000 | 0000 to this.

WAYNE ELLIS HARTMAN brings in 200. Multiplying by the leading 2 from the license plate yields the 400 we were looking for. With this we have 400 and 599, total = 999. Visually this appears to be 000 above a curved 111. Interesting. 0 is source. 8 => 9 appears to be the manner in which 00 creates 01. In this manner will is manifest in the world.

7 => 8 involves reconciling 7 with its mirror image (flipped horizontally and vertically)

What else does 599 yield? 299 = 13:13(22) so 599 = 2 x 13:13(22) + ONE. This is a valid state of mind for one who has experience two major awakenings.

This does not appear to be leading anywhere at the moment so lets move on.

Lately, I've been very sluggish. My mind is adapting to a new medication and this is impacting my bodies ability to keep itself awake and aware. It is interesting observing this happen ... in fact comical at times. Things that are normally easy to do, no longer are such. It definitely makes life more challenging.

The President's State of the Union Address went very well. President Clinton sure has his act together when it come to doing the business of the office. Hillary also came off very well. She appeared very happy and content and rightfully so. She's done a lot as well. Al Gore was there prominently behind the scenes. He too has been instrumental in getting legislation pertaining to cleaning and saving the environment ready to bring before the congress.

Now, what is my role in all this? How am I to do what I came to do? How do I find meaningful work that fully engages my talents and trains me to do more? Interesting ... is that not what I am experiencing in my present job. Indeed, this is the case.

I've been moved to revisit my writings from 1993-1995. It is amazing that I can still go back to read these now, 3 to 5 years after the fact, and find passages that are new to me ... as if I never read them before. How is it that the words can have such an affect on me? The Seth books were written in much the same fashion ... they change depending on the state of being of the reader.
