Musings of a Spiritual Warrior

4 December 1999

Interesting numbers are still popping up all over the place. They are surely a sign that change is forthcoming ... a sign that I have somehow arrived at a destination that is part of my destiny. This verifies that I am on the right course for carrying out my destiny. It is time for a renewed commitment of time, attention, energy, and focus. This is all within my power to do. It is as if I have been born anew ... emerging from the cocoon to find a new reality. I look forward to what lies ahead. There is a different energy now. My state of mind is different. I'm still flying, soaring to heights that I have only touched before. Though, there is something different now, something that I haven't quite figured out. By now, I'm used to my consciousness reaching altered states. I'm also used to not being consciously in control of the states. Many factors are involved: body chemistry, the level of medications, what I eat, astrology, etc ... Intuitively, I know that I can handle whatever states of mind that I reach. I just need to be a bit careful to keep from being overwhelmed and going off the deep end.

I'm anxious to get started in actually building foundations for a better world. The vision is a start. It sets the mold as a thought form. But, this is not enough. It is time to make the foundations real ... to develop the cooperatively interdependent organizations necessary for the body of cosmic consciousness to more fully express in flesh. To some degree, it is already enfleshed. However, it's abilities to express are limited because the organs = organizations are limited in complexity. To date, we've developed governments (cities then countries); corporations (small businesses to multi-national companies); financial institutions; schools; and health care, engineering, and legal professions. Actually, one could consider cities and major metropolitan areas and everything that is expressed within that context "organizations" through which consciousness is expressing in flesh. This is an interesting line of thought. Also, there is the concept that the present expression is perfect for the moment even given all of its flaws. But then, flaws are a value judgement ... one that I am not qualified to make. Though, I am not particularly fond of big cities as being places to live. For some people however, they would not have it any other way. These cities are vibrant and teeming with life.

It's curious that so few people have responded and become involved in the foundations that I've already taken steps to develop. I can only conclude that either the time is not right or my methods are not effective -- perhaps both. Do whatever it takes comes to mind from Tony Robbins seminars. Am I willing to do whatever it takes? More and more, the answer appears to be YES, I AM! We'll have to see where this attitude takes us in the days, months, and years ahead. It is appropriate that as we approach a new millenium we adopt a renewed attitude and jump start ourselves into taking action again on a scale that is unprecedented.

I am to do what only I can do ... use my unique talents and abilities in service to consciousness. This is true for everyone. It seems that writing is one of my fortes; allowing words to flow forth into thought patterns that express source to the degree that my own consciousness can allow at this time. As I learn, grow, and become more aware; the vessel is better able to serve as a vehicle for the expression of spirit. These words are my song. It's interesting that I say that even as I watch the Amy Grant Christmas Special. The four part harmony of the group that just sang was truly beautiful. I can only hope that my words will be the same. But, that is not for me to decide.

Engage ... engage with the world. Allow others to become more a part of your world. It is time. The isolation of the hermit is refreshing to you but as with everything you can overdo it. However, the isolation also creates a boundary that limits your effectiveness. Your balance will always be toward the hermit side of the equation ... the isolation allows you to focus so that you can explore the unknown. This is good for you, it recharges your batteries. But then you must do something to carry what you have discovered to the world. Initially, these pages were enough. That is not sufficient anymore. You have much that you can share -- it is only a matter of finding the right avenues to facilitate that sharing. Know that your experience is special, that your awareness is different than most and that as a result you have a greater responsibility to your fellow man than most. Gifts are meant to be of service. Find more ways to serve, this is the key to fulfillment. Follow your passion and find ways to serve that you love to do. In so doing, you will be all that you can be ... and all that you need will be drawn to your reality. From a larger perspective, it already is. Such is how reality creation works. Each of us draws to us exactly what we need. It can be no other way. Either we create our reality or we don't ... and the later is not even a remote possibility.

How can that be? With all the negativity in the world, why do we need all of this? Why should people suffer seemingly needlessly? Why do we have people living in poverty ... millions, if not billions of people? Even in the US, we have many millions of people living below the poverty line. Why does this make any sense? Why aren't we more responsible for one another? God takes care of those who take care of themselves. This is not meant to force us to absolute individual responsibility. A more powerful expression would be for society to commit to this. As a society, it is up to us to take care of the collective group of ourselves. The Mormons came very close to doing this in the late 1800's. They provided a powerful example of what people working together could accomplish if they set their minds and hearts on something. That was the key ... they were spiritually committed to helping one another. In several cases, they completely uprooted themselves and migrated to new areas where they could create their communities.

So, what would I do now different than I have done before? Good question. I'm still working on that one. Though, the very fact that I could ask it means that I am ready for the answer to come. It is only a matter of going within and of being observant of the signs that enter one's reality.

The life of a spiritual warrior is lived in consciousness, ever on the edge of the unknown, trusting that there is always room for one more step ... leaping forward where one can fighting off the demons of illusion, ever in search of truth. Yes, indeed! We search because that is what we are moved to do. We are aware of our Self, even as we experience our life as self. This awareness makes reality very much a game that we play ... as we seek to be of service to the source that moves us. We know that the forms that we see are but thoughtforms frozen into the physical reality that we experience. We live from the I Know state of being as much as we can. In this state, there is no need for thought. We just are and allow ourselves to be moved by the full force of consciousness that is able to express through us. During these times, we are in the zone, we are living life as fully as is possible for us.

I AM THAT I AM THAT YOU ARE!

LOVE,

Wayne
