Musings of a Spiritual Warrior

22 June 2005

Wow!  An 11 day stretch without as much as a single musing.  That happens sometimes.  Just not often.  Much of it is being busy, though a lot of it was being tired or being otherwise occupied for lunch.  That is one of the most productive times for this activity.  It provides a nice break in my daily work routine, a break that is refreshing to my spirit.  There are still many changes that appear to be forthcoming on multiple fronts.  The work environment could change within a matter of months.  I'm starting to make choices that lead to a healthier lifestyle.  This should help with things on the home front as well.  I'm even having a few people contact me regarding what has been posted at the Beyond Imagination site.  I still consider that to be some of the best work that I have done in my life.  Or, more correctly, that has been done through me in my life.  That is how I experience it anyway.  This is not what I do, though I am an active co-creator in the process.  It couldn't happen in this particular way without my consciousness.  Spirit has her hand in all of this.  I am but her willing servant.  That does not make me a slave ... not by any means.  I gladly do what spirit moves me to do, trusting that it is precisely what is needed in the moment.  And, I do that from moment to moment, whenever I can remember to.  Unfortunately, that is not as often as I might hope.  But, whatever it is must be enough.  If not, I would be moved to do more, which I am not.  At least not yet.  Though, there is a sense that I could be doing more ... or be doing what I am doing in a more effective way.  Efficiency and elegance are watchwords here.  They are very important concepts to me, and to spirit.

What next?  What am I moved to do next?  At work, that is clear ... find a new job that excites me.  But, in my personal life, much less is certain.  How do I create a new life that excites me?  Is that what I truly want to do?  Typically, with excitement comes some risk and I haven't been willing to take a lot of that lately.  In my earlier years, that was not so much the case.  The National Parks in California, the Southwest, and the Northwest attracted me frequently for over a decade.  Yosemite and Bryce Canyon are my favorites.  Though, Lassen, Crator Lake, Sequoia, Zion, and the Grand Canyon all spoke to me in their own right ... along with others in Wyoming, Montana, and even Canada.

I AM THAT I AM THAT YOU ARE!   Be Happy and Create Well!

LOVE,

Wayne
