If you are having difficulties using your account, we invite you to call Red Shift’s Customer Care department @ 1-888-4REDSHIFT.
If you want to change your password, please call us on the phone and give us a different one.
We allow 10 E-mail addresses per dial up account. The PPP login has an E-mail address and we allow nine additional E-mail only accounts free. If you require more E-mail addresses, they are available for $5 per month. An E-mail only account does not enable the user to have dial-up access.
You may dial into your Red Shift account from anywhere in the United States. However, if you dial from outside your local calling area, it will be a long distance call. Red Shift will not reimburse you for any additional or incidental expenses incurred as a result of making a toll or long distance call. You can check to see if Red Shift offers a local dialup number HERE at your travel destination.
You may configure a Red Shift connection on more than one computer, but you may only use your account on one computer at a time. In other words, two people cannot use the same login at the same time.
There are hundreds of programs you can use on the Internet, and the list is growing daily. We cannot possibly learn to use all of them, much less support them. Customer Care focuses on providing the best possible support for connectivity issues and E-mail software. We will be happy to provide the settings needed for any Internet program.
