A very busy parking lot
on Sunday.
Thank you Chuck and Pat (not shown) for keeping us all fed and
continuing the tradition of the Barbeque Squadron!
An incredible freestyle display during lunch time by World Class pilot
Mark Leseburg, Jr. Mark traveled about 8 hours from Las Vegas to
participate in the contest.
Here, you can see Mark hovering his 37% Godfrey Extra 300L with a
Desert Aircraft DA150 engine.
Another shot of his hovering maneuver. Mark hovered the plane for about
1 minute and as low as a few inches over the runway!
Sean Tucker had the audience in awe during lunch in his full scale
Challenger Biplane with a 425 horsepower, I/O 540 Avco-Lycoming engine
and an M-T prop.
