In the last musing, I wrote:

More than anything else, Beyond Imagination is about a VISION for a new and better world. Yet Visions and Utopias are mere dreams unless we take the action required to build the foundations that allow these visions to be manifested on Earth.

Well, it is time to start taking action NOW to build those foundations. Two weeks ago, the Beyond Imagination School Without Walls was founded. It already conducts classes, though at present there is only one student. So be it. That it is manifest physically is what matters. The students will be drawn to it when the time is right and when the students are ready.

This week, it is time to begin work on the next foundation. This time one that I cannot build alone, one that requires the cooperation of many ... in particular, a spiritual foundation and center. I have no name for it, nor do I believe it is mine to name. Neither do I know where it will be located. In fact, my VISION is of a non-profit spiritual/educational foundation with spiritual/educational centers operating around the world. The foundation is to be run by a High Council of 12. Whom they are, I do not know. But I am not one of these. And those who are either already know, or will receive word from within that such is their task to fill. In addition, each center is to be run by a Council of 12 as well. Those called for these tasks will KNOW as well, for it is spirit that decides who fills such roles NOT US.

Some information concerning the operation of such centers came through in the very first day of the Beyond Imagination Notes, 5 Mar 1993. At that time, I wrote:

It would be nice to have a spiritual retreat, a place where people of open mind can come to refresh and re-create their spiritual selves. This would be a sacred space -- a center for teaching and learning and doing. For it is essential that the spirit be given practical means by which to more fully manifest itself, here and now, on Earth.

The center should have much open space, a garden, a library, meeting rooms, and activity rooms. Those who come should be encouraged to share of whom that they are -- to teach what they know -- as part of the "price" of admission. There should also be tools and resources available for the building of other special structures of various geometric shapes throughout the compound. The shapes of these structures will provide alignment to particular higher vibrations -- that any who so desire may experience.

The center will include a core group of individuals that permanently occupy and care for the space. This does not restrict their freedom to travel, rather, the center provides the home base. A second group will come to the center on sabbatical, as resident members / teachers / facilitators, for a period of several months to one year. Finally, others will come for training / vacation / recreation -- for a period from several days to several months. This group will include special souls who come (invited or self-directed) to share of whom that they are through teaching or providing their services to others.

The center will serve as a prototype for community in the 21st century -- providing a participatory laboratory for the development and testing of the principles, skills, and technologies required for peaceful, abundant, creative, cooperative living. Metaphysics must be lived and demonstrated daily for its ideas to have real effect. The castles that have been built in the clouds must be brought down and rooted to the Earth. Dreams must be made manifest that a new world can arise that is truly "beyond imagination".

It is important that all aspects of individual needs be addressed: physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual. Practical techniques must be demonstrated for manifesting reality sufficient to address all of these needs. The structure for teaching should be very open -- one on one, one on many, many on one, or whatever is necessary for the process to unfold. Further, the tools for allowing people to more fully understand their own natures should be an integral part of the community. This includes regular feedback / guidance from practitioners of various physical, psychic, psychological, and spiritual disciplines. Also, holistic health care should be available to all within the community. This includes both western and eastern medical practices, as well as a variety of alternative approaches. The bottom line is to use what works, and to realize that what works may be very different from one individual to the next.

Peace, balance, and harmony are key to the correct functioning of the community. They are sacred elements required for the creation of sanctuary. Awareness, allowance, acceptance and tolerance are also important.

Just looked back to see what came through on this day three years ago. I was amazed since it mirrors exactly what I am FEELING right now.

Your task is to do the work, without concern of what happens to it once it is completed. You are not to be concerned with consequences, for those are dependent on what others do with your ideas -- it is not something over which you have any power to control. Worry not about it. You have only to do your best at the tasks that you personally are given. Beware of taking on the tasks of others. For in taking on their tasks, you also assume responsibilities that are not rightly yours. It is not for you to relieve them of their burdens, for through such burdens they are learning the lessons that are appropriate for their development. Trust your intuition to reveal to you that which is yours to do. Then, do your works joyously in Love and Light, knowing they will be accomplished in a manner that is perfect for the time and in accord with the Plan. Trust, trust, trust. Operate from the "I Know" awareness that is your highest natural state. Don't be concerned with outcomes. Go with the flow and all will come out right, for "All That Is" is guiding the ultimate manifestation.

It is not for you to be concerned with the details. They will be taken care of by others in the hierarchy. It is for you to express the grand themes in a manner that can be brought down to earth. Do what is fun, and express that which excites you most, that which moves your spirit to your very core. You know of what we speak. You know of the things that send shivers down your spine. At these times, you are most in synchronization with the "I AM" that is the true reality of "All That Is". Out of such states, your expression is most genuine ... allowing Truth to be revealed with the least amount of distortion. Don't worry where it comes from. Just allow it to flow, and then find the way to live your life in a manner that best demonstrates that truth in physical form. Such is all that is asked of you.

Believe with all your Heart and soul, that which is expressed through you. Then act fully in accord with your beliefs. Be the living demonstration of truth-in-action, of spirit-in-flesh. Such is how you will fulfill your destiny as the Wayshower ... one who shows the New Way of being. Such is why you took the name of Wayne. Also, the way is of the Heart; appropriate for one who would choose to be called "Hartman". OK, the spelling's a bit off, but it is the sound that matters.

SO, WHERE DO WE BEGIN?

Personally, I have a body of works that have been brought forth through me since 5 Mar 93. These are the works at the Beyond Imagination site. My sense is that these works are my first contribution to the Non-Profit Spiritual/Educational Foundation. For this to take effect:

• A High Council of 12 must be assembled, must select a name, must create a constitution or set of guiding principles, and must create the non-profit foundation legally. I am not to be one of the 12, but I can serve as a consultant/visionary to the council.

• I want a "contract" with the Foundation to serve as Consultant/Teacher/Visionary at a salary of 9,000 US per month but not-to-exceed 22% of the proceeds from sales of Beyond Imagination Related Works or proceeds brought in directly from the services that I provide for the Foundation. That means all of my salary is to come from part of proceeds that I have generated and that the salary cap is 9,000 US per month. All other proceeds are to go to the Foundation to be used as directed by the High Council.

If I am to be a wayshower, I must walk my talk ... no exceptions. For, if I cannot do this, neither can I expect others to do it ... and such is simply NOT ACCEPTABLE. The path to a better tomorrow starts with a single step today, HERE and NOW. Further, with each such step momentum builds ... and SOON what was merely a dream, is now a LIVING REALITY.

If you are moved by this, or feel that you somehow have a role to play ... think deeply about it and trust your intuition to show you what gifts you have to offer and what tasks are yours to do. The success of the Foundation and of each Center will require the cooperation of many doing a variety of tasks in a spiritual supportive atmosphere that makes it a true labor of LOVE!
